Sometimes staring for hours at numbers on the PC Monitor can actually do a number on your eyes and head. Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is caused by staring at a computer screen for lengthy periods of time. Symptoms include tired eyes, eyestrain, sore eyes, periodic blurred near vision and headaches. Possible ways to help prevent CVS are making sure lights aren’t too bright when operating your computer. Plus, using a quality computer monitor that has a higher pixel count.
